Big Week

I'm officially well into my late thirties this week. Geez...it sucks when you can talk about truly adult events and memories that happened 15 years ago (and longer). My oldest kid's thirteen, and teenagers call me tito. Then there's the gray hair sprouts and the flab. And I pay attention to the cosmetic surgery billboards along Edsa.

So to celebrate my approaching middle age, I'm throwing a $1000 freeroll on the DGN Poker Network. Specifically, Super 7 Gaming. Quickies

Damn, this blog's slowin' down - well, it's not for a lack of good intentions - just that I've been pretty wrapped up in many, many great projects. Just a few little announcements:

1. Me, the family, and some very close friends just concluded a GREAT Holy Week vacation over in Vigan, Ilocos Sur. RVS, our very good friend and most gracious host, showed us the time of our lives and introduced us to that great city and province. My battery's fully recharged. In fact, it was so much fun, Mischa couldn't contain himself...



2. I'm gonna be celebrating my birthday in a couple of weeks. Instead of throwing a drinkfest, I've decided to sponsor a USD$1000.00 online freeroll for all blog readers and pinoy poker players. I'll post details as soon as I've got the site and tourney lined up.

3. We're opening a cardroom at the Casino Filipino - Davao in partnership with PAGCOR and the great poker playing folks in that fine city. Stay tuned for announcements.
